Dr. Kim is the Director of the ACOS Lab and an Assistant Professor at Old Dominion University. His research focuses on wave dynamics, port and harbor engineering, nature-based coastal solutions, and AI applications.

Sebin Oh is a Ph.D. student under Dr. Kim's supervision. He earned his B.S. in Computer Science from Hongik University and M.S. from the University of Florida. He is currently conducting interdisciplinary research combining AI and coastal engineering.
